Such was the case for the Aspens where we repainted the exterior of this 250 unit property. The materials of choice for this project included Sherwin-Williams Woodscapes Stain complete with a manufacturer’s warranty and inspection services. We also restored and re-stained the lobby woodwork and renovated the lobby and corridors using commercial grade 54” vinyl wall coverings.
