The Courtyards It’s always a treat when a client’s needs speak exclusively to our sweet spots; we were like pure sugar to this 89 unit townhome complex. Beginning with an exterior restoration, New City proactively worked to identify and repair areas that threatened the complex with water leaks, mold and rot. Our carpenters retrofitted wooded decks and repaired siding. Our professional painting crews completed the restoration process with Platinum Series Stain from General Paint. We returned to complete a fence install, and a landscape renovation project to introduce additional parking stalls to the complex. You’ll still find New City on site every season for a maintenance contract to clean windows, gutters and the building envelope.
