Restaurant
New City was an integral partner in shaping
the ambiance of Vancouver’s newest place to be seen. At Lift
Restaurant, the subtle design is bolstered by advanced materials including
aliphatic urethanes, semi-elastomerics for concrete, polyurethane
coatings, two-component foam fire-stopping sealants, and Sikkens 123
Natural finishes.
As
a construction partner, New City contributed available resources
as required and at every phase. We worked hard with Lift’s
management and other contractors to help meet critical deadlines
while ensuring quality was never compromised. This often included
receiving, warehousing, finishing and installation of furniture,
siding, and the feature folding glass-and-teak walls imported from
Europe.
